What we collect
We collect only what we need to run a marketplace: to show you listings, take your payment, deliver your order, and keep the platform safe.
- Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password.
- Order details: what you bought, the delivery address, and the mobile money or card reference used to pay.
- Seller verification details: identity or business documents, as required for KYC checks.
- Usage data: pages visited, searches run, and errors, so we can find and fix problems.
What we never do
- We never store full card numbers — payments are entered on our payment provider’s secure page.
- We never ask for your mobile money PIN, and no legitimate support agent will either.
- We never sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
Your data is shared only where it is needed to complete something you asked for.
- Sellers see the delivery name, address and phone number for orders placed with them, and nothing more.
- Payment and delivery partners process transactions so orders can be paid for and fulfilled.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for as long as needed to handle returns, disputes and legal obligations. Verification documents are retained while your store is active and for a period afterwards for anti-fraud purposes.
You can request deletion of your account at any time. Records we are legally required to keep — such as completed order history — are retained in a limited form.

- See and correct the personal data on your account page.
- Export or request a copy of your data.
- Ask us to delete your account and its data.
- Withdraw marketing email at any time — every email carries an unsubscribe link.
